Who Should Attend
This training and tour event is particularly relevant to service center employees involved in purchasing and sales. It is especially beneficial for those new to stainless steel products. Please note that participation in this program is limited to MSCI service center members only.

Training and Tour Information
The training session will be held at The Battle House Renaissance Hotel, Mobile, on Wednesday, October 26. Participants will receive an introduction to stainless steel along with an understanding of Duplex Grades, Stainless Plate and Stainless Bar. The mill tour will take place on Thursday, October 27, and participants will visit the Calvert melt shop, cold rolling works and hot strip mill.

Bus transportation will be provided from The Battle House Renaissance Mobile to Outokumpu Calvert for the mill tour and back to the hotel. You must ride the bus in order to participate in the tour.
Attire & Safety Information
Attire for the training session on Wednesday is business casual. Casual attire is appropriate for dinner on Wednesday and the tour on Thursday. Closed-toe leather shoes are required. Visiting the mill also requires personal protective equipment that will be provided by Outokumpu.
Meals
Outokumpu will host dinner at Moe’s Original BBQ on October 26. Round trip bus transportation will be provided from The Battle House Hotel to dinner. They will also host breakfast and lunch on October 27. Please let us know if you will not be attending some or all of the meals. Please also let us know of any dietary restrictions.
Fee and Cancellation Policy
The cost of the Stainless Steel Products Training and Mill Tour is $500 per person. Participation is limited, so please register early. Cancellations made on or before September 28, 2022, will receive a full refund of fees paid. No shows and cancellations received after September 28, 2022, will not be eligible for refunds. Substitutions may be made at any time.
