This series is designed to empower leaders with the real-time knowledge and critical skillset needed to navigate hybrid teams. From knowing how to effectively accommodate varying environmental circumstances to addressing and balancing both team member and organizational needs, participants will leave these modules with new insights to create and communicate a successful hybrid team leadership plan. Further, they will learn the strategic tools used by leaders as well as how to engage teams to ensure that everyone is effectively working together toward the same strategic vision.

When registering you will automatically be registered for all 3 sessions. You do not need to be available for all 3 sessions to participate. Registered attendees will receive 2 week access to the recording following the session.

John Heiser is Executive in Residence at the International Leadership Association, the largest global community dedicated to leadership theory and practice. He has a passion for developing leaders with the skills that can propel their organizations to achieve transformational, flourishing growth.

For three years, John was CEO for LabVantage Solutions, Inc., a $100M world-leading laboratory informatics technology company serving life sciences, chemical, food & beverage, consumer packaged goods and oil & gas industries. John served as President and Chief Operating Officer at Magnetrol International, where he led business, financial, and operations strategy with full P&L responsibility for global engineering, production, HR, legal, and sales and marketing. Prior positions included Vice President, Marketing-Pharmaceuticals, at Bausch & Lomb; Associate Director, Merck & Company; and Business Unit Director, DuPont.

John lists change management, leadership development, and strategic visioning/stakeholder engagement as his areas of expertise. He has a PhD in Values-Driven Leadership from Benedictine University, an MBA from Northwestern University, and a JD from Tulane University School of Law.
