MSCI Free Safety Webinar: Engagement and Communication to Stay Safety Focused During COVID-19

August 18, 2020 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM

COVID-19 is ongoing and spiking – what more can we do, what should we do based on what we’ve learned so far? Employees are dealing with the impact of COVID-19 on their daily family lives, and physical distance and masks are a barrier on the job. How do we build relationships and motivate employees to stay focused on the company’s safety culture? How do we engage and communicate? How, with a reduced workforce where employees need to wear many hats and take on roles they are not regularly accustomed to, do we reduce workplace distraction and prevent an injury uptick? Shmuel Cohen, director of environmental health and safety for Steel Warehouse, will answer these questions and more as he discusses how to calm the perfect storm this pandemic has created.

Who Should Attend
This webinar is for operation managers and supervisors as well as office managers and company leadership. We will focus on strategies to improve communication intra-departmentally as well intra-organizationally.
